- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items on sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for items of the same value (subject to availability).
- If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, you will receive store credit.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
